CONCIERGE THERAPY FOR EXECUTIVES & PROFESSIONALS IN SHERMAN OAKS & ACROSS CA
Invest in yourself because, damn it, you have earned it, and you deserve it.
Perform at your best, while feeling your best.
“There is so much expected of me, and I don’t know if I can handle it anymore.”
“The mask I’ve kept up for so long is starting to crack.”
“Everyone thinks I have it all together…if only they knew.”
“I feel like a failure.”
It’s always been hard to balance your professional demands with your personal life, but never quite like this. It’s almost like you’re at a crossroads where the weight of your responsibilities is confronting your own mental health and well-being. And the last thing you need is another “task” on your calendar, especially when it seems like something as trivial as “you.” It is time to cut the crap and start by helping yourself.
Everything that used to bring you joy feels like it’s falling flat, and because of how scattered your thoughts are, it’s difficult to stay present or ever be “in the moment.” What everybody sees on the outside doesn’t even come close to how you see yourself—if only they knew how much of a failure you feel like you really are. Would they even believe it with how well you’ve been wearing this mask?
Failure isn’t the opposite of success. It’s part of it.
My Approach
As a therapist with extensive experience working with professionals, I recognize the unique challenges you face in leadership and other high-stress roles.
High-achieving professionals often grapple with stress, burnout, and the weight of decision-making—all of which can bleed into your personal life. But hiding these struggles will only make things harder down the road, so it’s important to take the time to help yourself today.
I like to think that working with me is like looking in a mirror. I am just showing you what is “there” in real time, with no shame or judgment. This means I’ll be there to help you take an honest look at yourself and your situation, your role in it, and how to move forward. You can think of me as an “accountability coach” who provides support, motivation, and guidance to hold you accountable for any actions you take going forward. I’ll be here to offer encouragement, regularly check in on your progress, and help you overcome obstacles.
Let’s face the uncomfortable because that is where long-lasting growth happens.
Just like in the workplace, things can take time, but every step forward is a win. I’m here to help you keep moving down that path of success however that looks for you. On this journey, you’ll begin to find you’re stronger than you think you are. As you discover this new sense of personal peace, you’ll be able to recognize patterns in yourself to help you understand your emotions, control your reactions, and begin to thrive in each area of your life.

The stigma of mental health for professionals is starting to disappear because people are realizing that therapy can actually make you a better leader or employee. It's a safe space where you can unload the weight of responsibilities, learn how to cope better, and ultimately perform at your best. Consider me your personal “mental trainer.”There’s no shame in getting the help you need for your mind, just as you would with your body.

Yes. The best kind of leaders have a great amount of self-awareness and understanding. Therapy can help you hone in on what makes you tick, understand your strengths and blind spots, and learn practical strategies for your own struggles and challenges—all of which can help you lead more empathetically and effectively.
-
Definitely! I’m here to help you discover practical tools to strike a better balance between work and personal life. You can learn how to manage your workload effectively while still making time for the things that matter most outside of work, not to mention learning how to take care of your own health and well-being.

When you’re balancing so many things and feeling all of this pressure, it’s difficult to take the time to take care of yourself, your relationships, or anything else. This is a big decision, and it’s important to help you get in the best frame of mind to make that choice. I believe in you and your ability to take this on. Through therapy, I’ll help you understand your own strength mindset while teaching you to prioritize boundaries and tune out all of the other bullshit that’s not important.

I get it. Luckily for you, I offer concierge therapy which means I’m available for your support and therapy outside of the typical 9-5. This also means I will be regularly checking in with you during the week in between our normal scheduled sessions if you feel you need more support or accountability. I realize your time is a precious commodity, so I believe in offering a flexible schedule that fits your needs.
