  • I have offices in Sherman Oaks, and I see clients virtually.

  • Online therapy works much like the in-person therapy. At first, it may seem odd, but I assure you we can get a lot done, even online, and get you moving forward as long as you are willing to invest in the process. 

  • I do, in Sherman Oaks only.

  • Individuals

    50 mins: $300
    60 mins: $335

    90 mins: $400

    Couples

    50 mins: $350
    90 mins: $425

    Emergency

    25 mins: $225
    45 mins: $400

    I also offer a bundle, if you prefer, 4hrs of my time to spend in any way you wish for $1250 

    I accept Zelle, CC, Cash, and Check. It is preferred that you leave a CC on file so we do not need to visit the subject again. Sessions will be billed automatically.

    Please keep in mind I will need a form of payment on file for you before we start this process together.

  • Typically, sessions are 55 minutes long. If we decide to, we can change the length based on your needs. Sometimes, we will do 90-minute sessions, and sometimes, we will do 30-minute sessions. Sometimes, we will need to meet weekly, and sometimes, we will meet biweekly or once a month. Remember, this is all tailored to your needs, and we will adjust as we grow.

  • This is the time for me to get to know you and assess where you are and how we can move forward. We will discuss your symptoms and goals, and you can decide whether to move forward with me. 

  • This is entirely up to you. I am just a guiding light, but ultimately, you are the boss!

  • You can either text or email me, and I will get back to you as soon as my day allows me to. 

  • The beauty of concierge therapy is that you can text me with concerns between our scheduled sessions, and we will decide together on the best course of action.

  • I strictly enforce a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within the 24-hour period, you will be charged for the full session because I cannot fill that time with someone else.

  • Absolutely. I take your privacy very seriously and am completely discrete. In fact, I keep analog notes in this digital world to protect your privacy. I will also never acknowledge you in public! If I see you out of the office, I do not know you; that way, you never have to worry about explaining who I am or how you know me to anyone unless, of course, you want to. 

  • All I can say is that you get what you put into it. Just like going to the gym to train any of your other muscles, your brain will respond to the intensity and consistency you put forward. The more serious you take therapy, the more open you are, the better it works.
